Paid in full – received absolutely nothing

点评：In 2024 we made a reservation with Teta Tours for a tour package that included both excursions and hotel accommodation. The total amount paid in advance was USD 3,255.
Despite full payment, neither the tour nor the hotel was provided. There was no alternative arrangement, no last‑minute solution, and no meaningful assistance. As the trip date passed, it became clear that we were left without services and without our money.
What makes this experience even more unacceptable is that no refund was ever issued. We contacted the company multiple times asking for clarification and reimbursement, but received either vague responses or no response at all. To this day, 100% of the paid amount remains unrecovered.
This was not a minor inconvenience — it resulted in serious financial loss, stress, and completely ruined travel plans. Based on our experience, Teta Tours demonstrated a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their clients.
I strongly advise future travelers to think very carefully before making any upfront payments to this company. Our experience was deeply disappointing and extremely costly.
