Transportation from Runavik cruise ship terminal to Vestmanna is problematic.

点评：I booked a Vestmanna Seacliffs - Sightseeing tour. The meetings point was the Vestmanna Tourist Centre which also handled the booking. We were on a cruise ship. When we went ashore in Runavik, I found out that the Vestmanna Tourist Centre was an hour's drive from the cruise ship terminal. Please be aware that one needs to find a means of transportation from the cruise ship terminal in Runavik to the tour meeting point. This was never explained to me. A 2:30pm tour start time would have put us at risk of missing the cruise ship departure time. Due to these circumstances, I called Vestmanna Tourist Centre to cancel our booking and requested a refund. My request for refund was refused saying I was a no-show and they did not bear any responsibility for transportation to and from Vestmanna.
