点评:Our guest house host in Quepos recommended this beach to us, as we were looking for something a bit off the tourist trail. We had the most phenomenal beach day there. We went on a Saturday morning, arriving around 9:30, and had the place almost to ourselves. We parked and set up our towels near our car, under a tree. There was a sloth in the tree!! We spent a while watching it, then headed for the water. Others have warned about the strong rip currents -- you can definitely feel the pull is strong. We don't typically go too far out, so jumping waves closer to shore is what we did. We also tended to do that where others were, rather than going off on our own. As far as theft, we were aware that might happen so we opted to conceal all valuables in our car and take only the car key. We didn't have any problems, possibly because the beachgoers around us were pretty much staying on their towels, which provided some level of surveillance. We noticed a police car making frequent rounds as well, along with the usual vendors. It was really one of the best beach days I've had in my entire life. Afterwards we headed to the nearby El Patio for lunch, which was great.
