点评：My sister recently hosted a last-day-of-school party for my niece and nephew and their classmates at Billy Beez Valencia, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived, Manager Nick Desimone went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, regularly checking in on us and our guests throughout the event. Nick even helped us load and transport our party decorations to the party room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and far beyond what we expected.
The party room was set up and ready when we arrived, and Nick took the time to discuss the best timing for serving the pizzas based on how many guests had already arrived. It was a small detail that made a big difference and helped everything flow seamlessly.
As the party wrapped up, both Nick and Charles continued providing outstanding service. They reassured us that they would take care of the cleanup, which was no small task after hosting 15 rambunctious TK kiddos! Their help allowed us to focus on enjoying the celebration rather than worrying about the logistics.
Many of the families attending had never been to Billy Beez before, and what a fantastic first impression it was. The kids had an amazing time, and the parents were equally impressed with the facility and staff. They are already planning the next play date at Billy Beez ◡̈
