点评：What was supposed to be a wonderful weekend getaway for my Finace and I has turned into an insane headache. My fiance and I have tried calling multiple times to cancel our reservation. We have been met with poor professionalism of being ignored or met with poorly trained individuals who cannot perform the cancellation appropriately. We have been contacting well in advance to their 15-day non refundable cancellation window, but with the way that there has been zero attempt on their end to remedy the situation makes me feel as though they are purposely trying to push it into the anti-refund window. I am extremely disappointed. I've worked in hospitality before and there is zero excuse for the poor communication and training. Before the fiasco we would have been willing to return a different date. However, following what has happened we will not be doing that. If we do not recieve appropriate communication and cancellation, this review will remain.
