I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. Our tour guide, Rosie, seemed completely unprepared and disorganized from the start. There was little to no structure, and important details about the locations we visited were either skipped or explained in a confusing way. It felt like we were just wandering around rather than being guided through a meaningful experience.
On top of that, Rosie came across as uninterested and disengaged, which made the entire tour feel awkward and uncomfortable. Questions from the group were either brushed off or answered vaguely, which only added to the frustration. For something that’s supposed to be informative and enjoyable, this was neither.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone expecting a professional or engaging guide. There are definitely better options out there.
