Nusa Penida Explorer的点评
点评：This is the company that provided the driver for our trip to Nusa Penida. Terrible service. We are a family of 5 people and the driver - Alit - sowed up with a car that fits no more than four and three medium suitcases. Two of us had to wait for half an hour while he went to the hotel and back. And the seat belt didn’t work.
The next day, as we wanted to go to a specific restaurant, we had to insist and debate for over ten minutes, because he didn’t want that one. Today, he was 25 minutes late to pick us up at the hotel, to take us to the boat back to Bali. On the way, we had previously agreed to stop for breakfast at a nice restaurant. However, he didn’t stop there. Actually he didn’t want to stop at all. When we insisted to do as we had agreed, he started yelling that he and the other driver (the company did not change the car, but sent two) had to pick up other clients. Only after a nasty scene in front of a second restaurant that he chose, he decided to wait while we had breakfast.
Nusa Penida is a wonderful place, but our experience is now stained by this company. Whenever I think of our snorkeling with the mantas, I’ll probably remember that driver. Stay away.
