Not how things were, disappointing

点评：I’ve been visiting this place for over 20 years, and unfortunately, yesterday’s visit was by far the worst experience I’ve had. It was so disappointing that it doesn’t reflect any of my previous visits.
When I arrived, staff were playing board games behind the fridge and didn’t appear to notice us for several minutes. The same thing happened with the customers who arrived after me.
There was also no option to pay with cash, as staff apparently had no cash or change available and were accepting card payments only.
More concerning was the lack of any proper briefing for new customers. There was no pre race safety briefing, no explanation of the correct use of the pedals, no basic safety procedures, or the importance of remaining in the karts while on the track . At the end of the race, we were actually allowed to get out of the karts while other karts were still arriving in the pit area.
There was also no check or discussion about whether the seats and pedals were correctly positioned for each driver. For a karting venue, these are basic safety and customer-care procedures that I would expect to be covered, particularly for newcomers.
To add to the disappointment, there were no printed race results provided afterwards.
Overall, the staff appeared completely uninterested, and at times it felt as though having customers there was more of a hindrance than something they welcomed.
