Zig Zags Indoor Play Area的点评
点评：I wouldn’t choose to visit here again.
If cleanliness is important to you, this may not be the best option.
We were there for no more than 15 minutes, and unfortunately the overall condition didn’t feel well-maintained. There was noticeable dust throughout, dirt marks on the character seating (inside the under-4s section), and marks on the walls. It gave the impression that a thorough deep clean hasn’t been done in quite some time.
The hot drinks were fairly watery—still drinkable, but definitely room for improvement. We didn’t try any food, so I can’t comment on that.
We visited on a weekday around midday, and there were around 15+ people in the main play area (including parents and carers). The atmosphere felt a bit uncomfortable, as it seemed like we were being watched when we walked in, although I understand that’s not something the venue itself can control.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly enough. However, due to the cleanliness issues, it’s not somewhere I’d return to.
I do wish I had taken photos to better illustrate the concerns.
