Old Willows No 7 Houseboats的点评
点评：We recently had a mixed experience with our trip. On the positive side, the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and responsive. The experience itself was enjoyable, and the information booklet provided was informative and useful. When we encountered issues, the staff swiftly addressed our concerns.
However, there were some significant drawbacks. Unfortunately, the initial boat allocated to us was not clean. The bedding, cushions, and sofa were all dirty, and the bin had not been emptied, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.
Although we changed boats due to other minor issues, we appreciated the staff's understanding and accommodating attitude.
To improve the experience for future guests, we suggest that the team double-checks the boats before departure from Old Willow Jetty, paying attention to essential items such as:
- Ensuring doors close properly
- Verifying the fridge works and freezes correctly
- Checking windows shut securely
- Confirming the chemical toilet functions correctly
Overall, while our experience was marred by some avoidable issues, the staff's excellent service and responsiveness made a significant difference.
