A knowledgeable and responsive guide - a rare find

点评：Mohan was a fabulous driver/guide; he took us on a really interesting one day tour to Delf Island and we enjoyed it so much that we also booked him for our transfer to Trinco.
The service he offers is very professional and responsive from the start. He answered my text messages and provided all the necessary information quickly and efficiently. He is friendly and personable and his English is excellent. He is also extremely knowledgeable about local history, geography, flora and fauna, but answers your questions, and is sensitive to what you want to know, rather than offering a standard rote spiel. We had lots of interesting conversations and learnt a great deal . Mohan is a very calm and safe driver and personalises tours to individual wishes and interests.
His service went above and beyond what we have experienced from most other drivers & guides; he knows about good places to visit and even on our transfer to Trinco he made sure we stopped at interesting places en route, which we would not have known about. He very kindly brought local snacks for the journey (including bananas from his own garden!) and also gave us a tour of Trinco when we arrived, before dropping us off at our accommodation, which we had not expected. Although based in Jaffna he offers tours throughout Sri Lanka, which are fully customisable, and he really listens and understands what you want, even down to the small details like finding a good coffee shop!
We felt lucky to have found Mohan, and just regret that we didn't find him sooner! We have recommended him to friends and will definitely be in contact when we next visit Sri Lanka.
