Myrtle Beach Australia – quiet but beautiful

点评：Myrtle Beach in Australia is not far south of Depot Beach on the NSW south coast. It’s an unofficial clothing-optional beach. Not straight forward to get to, but worth the effort. There are no facilities at the Beach, including no Surf Life Savers . . . not unusual at similarly out of the way beaches. So take everything you need for a good day at the beach – including shade, food, water, something to lie on, stout shoes, sunscreen and an ability to get out of trouble in the water . . . if you need to.
Partner and I were there on a weekend. There was an eclectic crowd – young and old, men and women, couples, families and singles - very friendly atmosphere. Not crowded though, so no-one else is in your face. Lots of fun, had a great day, waves were awesome, got a good suntan.
Definitely go back another day.
