CONFUSED COMMUNICATION FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS

点评:I have enjoyed live music for 64 years and still attend several gigs throughout the UK.
One of my favourite venues has always been the Picturedrome.
I am obviously disabled and nowadays require a Carer.
I recently visited the Picturedrome and arrived 90 minutes ahead of the admission time. I sat on the normal bench close to the entrance door in the waiting area. I was then confronted by an aggressive and hostile female Security officer. She asked me if I had an E-mail, authorising my disibility status, for an early admission into the club.
I explained that no, I hadn't because although visited the premises fairly regular, I had no knowledge of this policy. I was then duly advised I would be required to stand outside and allow E-mail possesses onto my seat.!!!
I have enquired with the Venue, as to where on their website is the information, but my request appears to have been ignored.
These premises need to improve their access system for Disabled customers and ensure this communication, is passed to the Security Team.
I will in future visit alternative venues where Disabled customers are welcome.
