点评：DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT!
My daughter and I arrived at Jolly Beach on March 16, 2026. As I approached the desk in the lobby We were told by the staff that there is no electricity or running water. They said that they don't know when it will be restored and they are not even sure it will be restored this week. They advised me to look for other accommodations. I asked the staff if they knew of another reputable place and they didn't really acknowledge my question. They were quite unhelpful and everything seemed extremely unorganized. There was no manager in sight and I heard from another guest that the power was out since the night before. I then spent the next hour or so trying to find a place last minute that had availability. The only place I could find was a couple's only resort. Not exactly what my daughter and I were looking for but we were just happy to have found something. We stayed at the Coco Hotel which was truly an amazing hotel. The service was first class. As soon as we got out of the cab we were greeted and our luggage was taken to our rooms. We then were offered drinks while we wait for our room to be ready. I highly recommend this Hotel. It will not disappoint. As for Jolly Beach. I tried calling their main office for a refund and they said they need to verify my check in. I explained exactly what happened and they still said they need to verify. They said they would call back but they never did. I called again and had the same conversation. Again no call back. I sent an email to them and still nothing. These people are crooks. Save yourself the aggravation and stay somewhere else.
