点评：Avoid this Ski Tours excursion at all costs!
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The excursion was nothing like what was advertised. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch.
The conditions were deplorable, and transferring from one vessel to another was extremely dangerous. At one point, we almost got crushed between the boats. It was terrifying, and there appeared to be little concern for passenger safety.
The food was terrible, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The buses were dirty, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the return bus left us stranded.
Our tour guide, Rosy, lacked basic customer service skills. She was rude, defensive, and dismissive whenever concerns were raised.
This excursion did not deliver what was promised or shown in the promotional materials. I strongly recommend that others do not book this tour. It was unsafe, poorly organized, and a complete disappointment.
