Probably the worst airport lounge experience
Escape Lounge - T2的点评
点评：As a BA business class customer Escape Lounge is the lounge offering at Manchester airport terminal 2. Shame on British Airways to associate with this shambolic excuse for a lounge.
The one star is for the lovely, helpful and friendly lady who greeted us and helped us to find a seat.
It was downhill from there. Filthy windows (covered in handprints 🤮 carpet covered in food.
The bar staff are frankly depressing. It’s like they’ve been told to avoid being polite. They wear hideous and needless blue plastic gloves. There’s no need and frankly smacks of more unhygienic as far as I’m concerned. The drinks are on tap including the vile sparkling wine. It comes with a head - say no more. Think major hangover on sight. The coke is flat. The food would make a school canteen look like Michelin dining.
Do better Manchester and for the love of God get a more luxurious space for those who don’t need to drink 10 pints before their flight.
