A Calm Break from the Terminal Once You Get In
Escape Lounge - T2的点评
点评：I visited the Escape Lounge before a recent flight and overall had a good experience, though it didn’t start quite as smoothly as I’d hoped.
When I arrived, the lounge was full, so I couldn’t enter straight away and had to join a waiting list. The wait was around 25 minutes, which wasn’t ideal, but staff kept things organised and I was eventually let in.
Once inside, the atmosphere was a lot better. The lounge was clean, well maintained, and fairly calm considering how busy the terminal was. It felt like a nice place to unwind before flying.
The food selection was decent. Hot options available during my visit included vegetable soup, fish pie, chicken legs, rice, pasta, and an aubergine moussaka.
There were also cold options such as salads, cheese, and a selection of sandwiches and quiche. For dessert, there were pastries, muffins, and doughnuts.
Drinks were easy to access, with a bar serving alcoholic beverages, plus self-service fountain drinks and a range of hot drinks.
Overall, once I got past the initial wait, the Escape Lounge was a comfortable and relaxing space with a good food and drink selection. Worth using if you allow a bit of extra time in case it’s busy.
