Escape Lounge - T2的点评
点评：The Escape Lounge at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 was an absolute let-down from start to finish. For the high price they charge, I expected at least a comfortable experience and decent food — instead, it felt like a chaotic cafeteria with no sense of quality or care.
The food was bland, awful, and completely lacking in variety. There were hardly any options, and what was available looked tired, unappealing, and poorly cooked. Nothing had any flavour — even the simplest dishes were dry and tasteless. It’s shocking that this is what they consider “premium.”
The lounge was messy and dirty, with tables left uncleared for ages. When I spoke to the manager about the poor food and overall state of the place, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and did absolutely nothing to improve the experience or even apologise properly. It was as if guest satisfaction meant nothing to them.
Overall, this place is a complete waste of money. You’d honestly be better off grabbing a sandwich from the terminal — it would taste better and cost a fraction of the price. I’ll never return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting comfort, service, or value.
I ended up eating my own pringles all the food was RUBBISH!
