Inspiring 5-Day Historic North Tour – Incredible Guides & Unforgettable Sights!

点评：Awaze Tours put together a wonderful 5 Days / 4 Nights Historic North of Ethiopia itinerary that truly showcased the best of the country's rich history, culture, and nature.
What made this trip so special was the extraordinary team of local guides:
Lake Tana: Mr. Birhanu was a skilled boat captain who safely guided us to see incredible wildlife, including hippos, pelicans, and African fish eagles.
Lalibela: Mr. Abrham Tsegaye shared an astounding depth of knowledge about the monolithic rock-hewn churches, especially the iconic Church of St. George.
Gondar: Mr. Charles toured us through the royal compound with vibrant passion and helped take amazing photos given his great photography skills.
Addis Ababa: Mr. Achenef Asnake concluded our journey by showing us the dynamic beauty and culture of the capital.
Every one of these guides demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism, and they deserve every opportunity to lead future travelers.
Note on Booking & Communication: My only critique is that communication prior to the tour was somewhat slow. Awaze Tours primarily operates via email, and replies are not always prompt. I wouldn't recommend relying on WhatsApp for quick responses, so be sure to reach out early via email. Once you are on the ground, however, the tour experience itself is outstanding!
