Far too cold!!!! Not suitable for children

点评：Not a family pool. The small pool is only opened selected times that isn’t well advertised to be able to use and doesn’t appear to be open at all during school holidays. The ‘family’ float sessions are in the main pool which has been set at a freezing temperature of 28C! Which means young children cannot stay in the pool for too long as the pool temperatures for toddlers and babies should be a minimum of 30C and young kids a minimum of 29C, even competitions state a minimum of 29C yet life guards and reception confirmed it’s regularly kept at 28C or sometimes below. We alongside other families left less than half an hour into our float session as my child lips were blue and they were crying to leave it was so cold!
I understand it’s used for competitions but don’t list this pool for families and charge full price when it’s not an acceptable temperature. Definitely won’t be visiting again with my child as it wasn’t a fun experience.
Mountbatten centre offer a family float session where the pool is warmer.
The changing rooms were nice and clean though but the changing cubicles were very small.

蒙巴顿中心提供家庭漂浮活动，那里的泳池水温更温暖。
更衣室干净整洁，但是更衣隔间非常小。
