During peak hours, the trams were extremely crowded, making the journey uncomfortable and stressful. Finding a seat was nearly impossible, and there seemed to be little control over passenger flow.
I also found the ticketing system somewhat confusing for occasional visitors, with limited information available in languages other than Arabic and French. Some stations lacked clear signage, making transfers and route planning more difficult than expected.
Although the tramway is modern and covers many key areas, punctuality was inconsistent during my stay, and several services appeared delayed. For tourists trying to keep a schedule, this can be frustrating.
