Paid for business class, forced into seperate seats - absolute fraud and horrible staff !! Avoid the scam

点评：My husband and I had an absolutely dreadful experience today on the Azam Ferry from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam. We paid extra to book Business Class tickets, expecting a smooth and comfortable journey together. Instead, we were victims of a complete bait-and-switch.
Upon boarding, we were denied access to the class we paid for and forced into the overcrowded Economy section. To make matters worse, the boarding was so disorganized that my husband and I couldn’t even get seats together. We were separated for the entire journey.
When we tried to address this scam, the VIP staff treated us with utter contempt. They were incredibly rude, hostile, and completely dismissed our valid complaints. Paying premium prices only to be downgraded, split up, and verbally mistreated by staff is completely unacceptable. This company is happy to take your money but offers zero accountability or basic customer service. Avoid booking upper-class tickets with Azam Marine—it is a total rip-off!
