点评：I live in Tas, born in Switzerland. Sometimes I spoil myself with an imported real Swiss cheese, which is very expensive at $90 to $110 per kg.
This high price is obviously because of the freight and import, and therefore it is about three to four times more expensive than if I would buy it over the counter at a cheesery in Switzerland. Here at the Milawa Cheesery VIC, I have bought a small slice of cheese. To me, nothing out of the extraordinary really. At the cheesery in Milawa, the prices were not straight visible to me; perhaps I should have asked for it. After unpacking and looking at the label, I had a bit of a shock. Whaaau....$125 per kg.
Hey, this is locally produced here in Australia! There are definitely a few other things getting out of control besides the house prices. This can’t be sustainable.
Blindfolded, I wanted to support the locals; however, I am disappointed; next time I will need to rethink about this local support.
