点评：REVIEW APPLIES TO T - TOUR ONLY. We arrived at 8:20, told the bus would be departing at 8:30 so please pay up and get on the bus. We pay and get our tickets, and placed onto an empty bus. This bus did not depart until 9:11. This company does not adhere to any timetable, like other reviews may mention - it adheres only to when the bus is full.
This is the basis for maybe a three star review, but the driver we had simply needs to find a different job. The driver’s attitude was disgusting. Raising his voice and herding people around like sheep. For a company with ‘Tour’ in its name you would hope that the driver would be slightly more accommodating to tourists, but he was rude to every single one.
Upon arrival to Pattaya, the driver turns around to the cabin and shouts “Pattaya” and pointed at all of us going to Pattaya, and points outside, indicating us to get out. We check the map before getting out and we are an HOURS walk from Walking Street (where they advertise the bus going too.) I raised this with the driver, who spoke zero English and made no attempt to even care. We gave up, got off the bus in the middle of inland Pattaya, and got a grab the rest of the way.
The company is a poorly oiled machine with employees that do not care for the people that use it.
