Very disappointing and would not recommend this tour.

点评：This was a very disappointing experience. I booked this through red balloon and purchased tickets at $79 each, which included two birthday gifts. I don't believe we received value for money. Most of the 2-hour experince was standing around and listening to the tour guide talking incessantly about the history of Melbourne, etc., which was boring for myself and three other family members (mother in law and two teenagers). We attended 3 shops and had 4 miniscule samples of chocolates at each place, stayed for 5 minutes (which included the offer of 10% products if we wanted to purchase them) and then a fourth stop at a cafe for a bowl of ice cream, and tap or sparkling water from a tap; no coffee, tea or hot chocolate was included. For the price of the tickets, I would have thought you would at least receive a small bag of chocolate samples from each shop. There was no provision of small bottles of water (which I think should have been included in the price) and there were no designated toilet stops either. In hindsight, I would have been better off to have taken a walk around the city with my family, and had a much more positive experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
