Rude employees! This company just doesn’t care.

点评：If you enjoy being watched, followed and harassed by older, hateful white women, shop here! This is definitely the place for you. :-)
I received a phone call from family members who visited this store today with young children (they are raising to keep out of the foster care system) while traveling home from the beach. They were in the Birkenstock department and had a negative encounter with one of your employees. My brother who is a retired fire fighter said they were being blatantly watched by a woman in her 60’s. She was RUDE and acted as if they were trying to steal. I am sure there is theft in this store, but my family members are not thieves and could purchase anything they wanted. I find this highly offensive! Train your employees how to behave professionally since they have no idea what it means a decent human being! Do better!!!!!!
He actually made a Birkenstock purchase at 3:20. I wouldn’t have! He did say the lady checking him out was kind! Pull up the videos and watch how your employee behaved!
