点评：An unexpected foodie jewel in a beautiful place at the Bulgarian Black Sea shore. Great family spot as it combines education and gourmet food - the farm walk is organized around various types of snails and their life cycle, where you learn tons about interesting biology of these weird species.
The food is on another level, being foodies ourselves and having traveled to 70+ countries, we haven't expected this high level of cooking in Bulgarian countryside! The flavors are rich and balanced, the sauces amazing, and locally sourced herbs add up to your experience of a truly thoughtful cuisine. Try a tasting plate, an amuse-bouche to decide which dressing you like better, a soul-filling millefeuille dough bake roll stuffed with snails, or a "surf-and-turf" in a cute porcelain ramekin, combining snails, shrimps and spring asparagus. There are definitely more exciting recipes to choose from. Delicious local and international wines to pair your gourmet feast, and then you can take a walk to a wonderful cliifside with beautiful views over the Black Sea. This is by all means one of the best restaurants in the country, and is certaiy worth a visit, be it for a family trip (there is a playground!) or for a romantic dinner. Highly recommend!
