Snail Farm & Restaurant Eco - Telus的点评
点评：We visited the snail farm on the very first day of their season. I was absolutely charmed by the place and the atmosphere. I should mention that I had never tried snails before, but I decided that if I wasn’t going to do it here, I probably never would.
The restaurant is very quaint, decorated in a Provençal style. The menu has been developed over the years by the owner to reach this level of elegance on the plate and true delight for the senses. The desserts are still personally prepared by her, following homemade recipes.
Although they offer a good selection of wines, you absolutely must try their homemade Sauvignon Blanc. It perfectly complements the flavors of the dishes on the menu.
If I had to describe the place in one sentence—and it wouldn’t be a short one—it would be: an exceptional and authentic spot where you can enjoy beautiful nature, experience the habitat of the snails, and indulge in incredibly delicious food in a small, cozy, and charming Provençal-style restaurant.
