点评：Consistently fails to even meet expectations of minimal service. The general manager is a joke.
The people that bring the food out to you are not smart enough to know to bring silverware or napkins. That’s a training issue.
The costs are ridiculously expensive. The service is pathetic. The food is even worse.
You have to tip toe around the GM and their feelings so be prepared to walk on egg shells if you encounter them. Maybe the owners will eventually wake up and make some changes/corrections. Thankfully, we have found other places to go.
If you plan to bowl here and/or order food, be prepared for high prices and terrible food/service, having to get your own silverware and napkins, crappy lanes and oil patterns, lanes breaking down/faulty equipment, no music (if it works, it’s turned way down) and walk on eggshells if you encounter the “GM”, at a minimum.
