点评：We were recommended Bali Journey Tours by a family member who always uses Putu and his company whenever they visit Bali. They have been impressed with the service for many years.
Communication from Putu Rika about what we wanted from our trip was excellent, giving us a wide choice of activities for our private tour at very reasonable prices.
We chose a selection of sights and activities in the Ubud area including the Monkey Forest, the Tirtha Empul temple and coffee plantation for a full day private tour.
We just wanted to say a big thank you to Riko for being such an amazing guide and driver for the day. He arrived on time and was in constant communication with us the whole time throughout the entire day. He gave us valuable insights and information on Bali and the culture and was very accommodating in what we wanted to see and do on our trip. He even changed the order of the itinerary so that we could get the best out of seeing the clear views of the volcano.
Riko gave our family such a wonderful experience of Bali and Ubud with his knowledge, patience and famous Balinese hospitality. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt completely safe and at ease in his company. We can't thank him enough.
As this was our first time in Bali, we were very happy to receive such a friendly, safe and trustworthy service from Bali Journey Tours. We would definitely use them again, and would fully recommend them to all of our family and friends. You won't regret choosing them.
