点评：The Heidelberg Tun is a giant wine barrel that you can find inside Heidelberg Castle. This is included in the entrance to Heidelberg Castle along with the funicular, German Pharmacy Museum and Castle Courtyard. There are a number of large barrels when you enter the giant wine barrel area so we thought we found it initially but turned the corner and were surprised by how immense the barrel actually is. The barrel can hold around 220,000 litres of wine and dates back to 1751. It does not currently have wine in it but there is a restaurant in that area of the castle that serves wine so you can enjoy a glass in that area.
The Heidelberg Castle ticket costs 11 Euros for an adult and my wife got a discounted ticket for 5.5 Euros. We bought it at the Heidelberg Main Station's Tourist Information Office and there was no lines there. You can also buy at the funicular station but there will likely be a wait to get tickets because most people tend to choose this option. We spent about an hour around Heidelberg Castle and felt that was enough time for us but you may want to be flexible in your timing depending on your group's interest level.
