Good facial disappointing foot work

点评：My friend and I each enjoyed our facials. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never had a facial and it was very relaxing. My friend also enjoyed her facial and she looked radiant afterwards. Following that, my friend had a pedicure and I purchased the 45 minute foot massage. We were both disappointed with this second part of our visit. The staff were very pleasant but the actual foot massage I found 'meh'. I've never had such a soft, gentle foot massage. I barely felt it and at no time did I feel that specific muscles were being massaged...it was just an overall, soft-handed rubbing of my feet. I commented twice that she could go as hard as she wanted and this changed nothing. As well, much of the foot massage was spent gently 'massaging' from my foot and lower leg. I understand the notion of 'related muscle groups' and such but I think half the massage was spent doing this. Any foot massage I've had has focused most of the work on my foot and there was some force exerted. So... very disappointed. My friend has had many pedicures and said she has never had one that caused her so much pain. My friend did speak up, but nothing changed. As well, she said no part of the pedicure involved a foot massage which was supposed to be part of the volcanic foot massage . And, while we didn't time the pedicure, we were pretty sure it didn't last the full 1.5 hours paid for. In balance, a disappointing visit.
翻译：我和朋友都做了面部护理，感觉很不错。我之前从没做过面部护理，所以不知道会是什么感觉，但体验非常放松。我的朋友也很满意，做完之后容光焕发。之后，朋友做了足疗，我则选择了45分钟的足部按摩。我们俩对足部按摩都很失望。工作人员态度很好，但按摩本身却很一般。我从来没体验过这么轻柔的足部按摩。几乎感觉不到按摩，也感觉不到按摩师在按压特定的肌肉……只是轻轻地、整体地揉搓我的脚。我两次跟按摩师说她可以按她想按多用力一点，但这并没有任何改变。而且，大部分时间按摩师都在轻柔地“按摩”我的脚和小腿。我理解按摩师会按摩“相关肌肉群”之类的概念，但我觉得按摩过程中有一半的时间都在做这个。我以前体验过的足部按摩都会重点按摩脚部，而且力度也比较大。所以……非常失望。我的朋友做过很多次足疗，她说从来没有一次这么疼过。她确实反映过，但情况并没有改变。此外，她说这次足疗根本没有包含足部按摩，而火山温泉足疗本来就应该包含足部按摩。虽然我们没有计时，但我们很确定足疗时间没有达到我们支付的1.5小时。总而言之，这次体验令人失望。
