Such a disappointment
Blueberry Heights Farm的点评
点评：I booked for the Sunday lunch buffet. I was told by locals that Blueberry Heights was the best choice for a lunch buffet in the area. We were told the lunch starts at 12:30. Food was served only at 13:30. No one came to explain that the service was late. I got up and required and were told they are late due to a busy morning. I had to yet up and ask for the drinks menu after sitting for quite some time waiting. When the food arrived at last, there was no cutlery and again I had to get up as ask. I waited for quite some time again and a bowl of wet knives and forks were put down infront of us on the buffet table. I asked the waitress if those wet knives and forks were clean or still needed to be washed. We waited for another good 10min and the food was cold by then. We waited for dessert but when I asked how long that would take they said we had to order it. Dessert was extremely sweet and I had to sent most of it back. No waiter had been to our table the entire time we were there. No one served us or asked if we were ok. I was extremely disappointed as I wanted to treat my husband on our trip to Magoebas. At R200 per person 🥹 Being in the tourism business, I am sorry to say that I will never refer people there nor will I ever go again.
