点评：We were in group of 8 people. We booked the tour with the company 4 months before our travel, provided necessary info including international flights and list of hotels (mostly 4-5 stars) we chose by our own. Months later we arrived there, Lanto (the company owner) didn't mention anything until we paid the rest of the money fully when he set us up at the hotel. The next morning he informed us that he changed most of the hotels to some lower grade as the domestic flight wasn't available so the plan had to be rescheduled. We asked for flight confirmation, e.g. date/time and booking number, for the proof but never received until one day before the flight and noticed that the return flight was impossible as it would arrive after our international flight departure. Despite our flight info we provided 4 months earlier, the company owner never take a look to it at all but booked irrelevant flight for us which inevitably made the only choice of way back from the western to Antannarivo 20+ HOURS BY CAR. We asked for partial refund for the hotels he downgraded and the domestic flight that he faultily booked and unable to board but we received so many excuses throughout our trip. For the hotels, he claimed that the hotels did not allow or would charge 30% for the cancelation which opposite to what we cross-checked from most popular booking websites and found that they offer free cancelation up to 6pm of the same day of checking in. The company had knew the plan to be changed for quite some time but instead of confirming us the new plan (and the new lower grade hotels), they kept silent and asked to pay full amount despite the price was for 4-5 stars. They did not really book domestic flight for us until the last day before we board which apparently they booked a wrong flight causing us to waste one day from the original plan for 20+ hours travel by car and still evaded to refund us. We do not feel the company's real effort to fix things sincerely but only excuses. Most disappointed experience dealing with tour companies by far. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.
