点评：Hello Everyone at Corazon Travel.
I want to take the time to thank everyone in your organization for the great work you have done for our Palawan vacation. I want to thank all your tour guides and drivers who helped us during our 3 day stay in Puerto Princesa. December 28 to 30 2025. A very special mention to Tour manager "Vee" and Driver "RV". During our stay, our Day 2 and Day 3 itinerary was unexpectedly swapped due to the arrival of a cruise ship which pushed our Underground River and Zipline activity from Day 2 to Day 3. My biggest fear and concern is that this swap could make us late for our outgoing flight on the same day. I had voiced my concerns and worries to the tour manager Vee and she and driver RV did everything they could to make sure we would not miss our flight. That morning, we arrived at the Sabang ferry and found that the wait time for boats to the Underground River had a 2 hour delay. Vee and RV arranged that we could do the Zipline first while the rest of the tour group were waiting for their boarding time. We proceeded to do the zipline activity and when we returned, the wait time to board had been extended further. Vee had then found seats with another tour group (a different agency not associated with Corazon Travel) who were ready to board and arranged with their tour manager to let us go ahead with them. After we returned from the River Tour, Vee had arranged for us to stay with this group and they drove us back to the city and dropped us off at the airport with a lot of time to spare for our return flight to Manila.
I must confess I do read and rely on reviews before I make a decision on who to book with but this is the first time that I am compelled to write a review of any kind. Your entire staff has gone above and beyond their duties and I am very happy to give them my highest recommendations!
