Easy as ABC - Anyone But Chinta

点评：With all the press about the stunning views, and opportunity to see Kati Thanda/Lake Eyre in full flow, my wife and I decided to take a full day private charter flight, plus extras to Warburton Creek and Painted Hills, with Chinta Air out of Rawnsley Park in the Flinders Ranges.
Imagine our distress on arrival at the Rawnsley Park airstrip, being bluntly told by the pilot on duty, your flight has been cancelled, didn’t you receive the text (we were out of range in a remote area), followed by a shrug of the shoulders, and a sorry nothing I can do. Also making it clear he was busy needing to get on, and make arrangements for other passengers arriving after us (lucky them), so if we could move along thanks.
Stunned at the cold reception and lack of empathy we left having spent two days travelling from Adelaide primarily for the scenic flight opportunity. The lack of empathy clearly runs through the Chinta Air organisation, having written to them after the event, and receiving the same blunt messaging from Felicity Brown Chief Pilot/Owner.
My advice go see Kati Thanda / Lake Eyre, in full flow, but go with anyone but Chinta Air.
