点评：I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this boat hire place. The boats are extremely unsafe and in very poor condition. There is visible rust, low-quality maintenance, and overall the boats are not suitable or safe for sailing. The standards and safety compliance at this place are well below acceptable levels.
The place itself was very unorganised and unprofessional. It appeared that the owners and their family were sleeping on-site, with dogs and children around. This did not feel like a properly managed or professional business at all.
When we arrived for the first time, the staff were not helpful whatsoever. We were there with two young children on a very windy day. The boat was pushed toward the shore, and the water was very shallow. We needed assistance, but the staff refused to help. Instead of offering support, they were rude, dismissive, and simply shook their heads. Our children were crying, and the situation was stressful and unsafe.
The lack of care, responsibility, and basic customer service was shocking. The staff were disrespectful and showed no concern for safety, especially with children involved.
I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. The boats are dangerous, the people are rude, and the business does not meet basic safety or professional standards. Authorities or compliance bodies should inspect this place before someone gets seriously hurt.
