点评：We chose the Immersion Experience at Château Troplong Mondot and it was one of the most memorable winery visits of our trip to France.
The experience went far beyond a traditional tasting. Exploring the vineyard by vintage Land Rover allowed us to better understand the estate, its unique terroir, and the incredible views that make this property so special. The winery and cellar visit provided a fascinating look at the decisions and craftsmanship that shape each vintage.
What stood out most was how educational and engaging the experience was. Every part of the visit helped connect the vineyard, the winemaking process, and the final wine in a meaningful way. We left with a much deeper appreciation for both Saint-Émilion and the work that goes into producing great wine.
The hospitality throughout the day was excellent, and the peek at the new facilities was absolutely outstanding. Not to mention the 5 vintages! We left there with some gems.
Troplong Mondot delivers much more than a tasting—it offers a true immersion into the estate, its people, and its philosophy. We would highly recommend the Immersion Experience to anyone looking for a deeper understanding of Bordeaux wine and hospitality.
