点评：I have 2 reviews to share.
The first is the boathouse itself. Whilst visiting the dockyard we took the free, volunteer guided tour of the boathouse which i would thoroughly recommend. The tour brings to life the reason for the boathouse, the history and the current use. Far better than simply looking at boats in various states of repair and reading the various info panels. The staff at the boathouse appear to be mostly volunteers and they were, without exception helpful, knowledgable and happy to help.
The second review covers the open pontoon days, which are great fun, and a trip out on the High speed Launch 102.
We took a trip on the HSL 102 as a treat for a Birthday and that too was a fantastic day out. It wasnt cheap for an hours trip around the solent but it was a once in a lifetime unforgetable experience. We also bought a years entrance ticket to the dockyard, which again was not cheap but so far it has been 3 really great days out.
