Beautiful setting, but service didn’t match the experience

点评：We visited the winery as a group of 11 family and friends and booked the 7-wine tasting experience. The setting is absolutely beautiful and made for a very enjoyable start to our visit. On arrival, our host was welcoming and informative, sharing interesting details about both the wines and the accompanying food.
As the visit went on and the venue became busier, it did feel as though he was managing the service on his own, and the level of attention to our table understandably reduced. By around the third wine, the tasting felt more rushed and we missed some of the storytelling and background that had made the earlier part of the experience so engaging.
The pasta dish was served cold, which was disappointing given the quality of the setting and the concept of the experience.
With more staff support during busy periods, the experience could better reflect the beauty of the location and the quality of the wines. Overall, it was still an enjoyable visit, but there is clear potential for improvement.
