An adventurous and scenic horse-riding trip

点评：My friend and I customised a 8-day tour in Central Mongolia which included a 4-day horse riding trip to the 8 Lake District, a camel ride in mini-gobi and sightseeing at the Orkhorn Valley Waterfall and the heritage site at Kharkhorin.
We had a truly wonderful time with our tour guide Misheel and driver Sanjaa along the way, we got to learn much about Mongolia culture, music, history and religion on our trip! Micheel made delicious meals for us and was very knowledgeable about Mongolia. Through her, we were also able to have light chats with the local Mongolian families at the Ger camps.
The 4-person vehicle provided a very comfortable ride through the bumpy Mongolian dirt roads. Our small group of 2 was the perfect number to have a private car and ger tent all to ourselves throughout the tour for maximum comfort.
Most of all, we had an absolutely amazing horse-riding experience exploring different terrains Mongolia provided spanning from open steppe, meadows and forests. As first-time riders, we mastered our riding skills and were able to gallop on the open fields on the last day! This trip is highly recommended to anyone who wants to master horse riding, see fantastic views and learn about some Mongolia history along the way.
