点评:I was visiting family from California and wanted to go see my beloved Arizona Cardinals play the Detroit Lions. The stadium did a terrible job of getting people into the Blue parking. It took 45 minutes sitting in traffic waiting to go two blocks into the Blue parking. Once there they had no shuttles for handicap parking, as advertised . By the time I got to the stadium, I had re-injured my leg badly and it would take a wheelchair to get me back out going home. Because there still were no shuttles. I saw employees sitting in carts, yakking with each other, but no help for handicap. Going through admissions I had my plastic bag and my Dooney and Bourke wallet confiscated, but I was allowed to keep my folded up hat and my umbrella, which made no sense to me and I found suspicious, as both items were larger than the Dooney and Burke wallet. Once in the stadium, unlike other stadiums I’ve been to, no one was paying attention to the people walking into the stadium or acted in the least bit interested in helping us out in any kind of way. I’ve been to many stadiums here in California and everyone is paying attention to the people coming into the stadium and making sure we all knew where we were going. There was a general atmosphere of malaise among the people working at the Allstate Stadium in Phoenix. Once I got to my seat, I was dismayed to find over half the stadium had on blue Detroit Lions T-shirts and were loud for their team. There was no hardly anyone cheering on the Arizona Cardinals. How in the heck can your team win a game in that kind of atmosphere? There are whole majors in college that teach employees of sportsteams how to market their boys. Where is this owner and front office? Do they even care? because it didn’t feel like it to me. I give them an F and say they should all go back to college and learn how to promote and market their team better, or at least hire people who are experts and paid attention in college.. when they were hiring their marketing staff were they looking for people who failed their courses because that’s what it seems like. And the stadium needs to figure out how to control traffic and make people feel welcome. How in the world can the Arizona Cardinals ever win any games in the kind of atmosphere I found at this game & I seriously doubt it was a one-off.
