比尔公园的点评
点评：I’ve been twice to this fabulous park- once in winter, once in summer. Both were outstanding days.
The park is easy to find, with ample parking. There are plenty of paths meandering through the gardens. Besides exquisite landscaping, there are artistic and architectural interests: cosy buildings, bridges, fountains, animal sculptures. It is a peaceful and fascinating walk.
There is a massive, well maintained outdoor play area for children. There are areas designed for all ages, with appropriate gates as needed. The seasonal splash pool is spacious and clean, with adjacent changing room. There is a small indoor soft play area, plus several additional small outdoor play areas dotted throughout the park.
The cafe has a good offering of very tasty snacks and lunches. There are no restrictions, however, on bringing picnics. Plenty of tables and lawn space.
The animals are a delight. They are cared for in naturally styled habitats. There are numerous talks scheduled throughout the day. You can walk around their homes, or take the train around for a more relaxing view.
The only change I would wish for would be longer opening hours! Highly recommended.
