比尔公园的点评
点评：This was a really lovely and unexpected treat. Honestly, I had done next to no research on this place. Came here because we had driven past the sign for it on the M4 countless times.
Really lovely park with different sections. Started in an Asian garden with wonderful statues, buildings and plants. Made our way to the kids area where they had go karts, a huge sand pit, slides and Wendy houses, swings and climbing apparatus. There is also a large paddling pool but this wasn’t open today.
Lovely cafe serving baguettes, jacket potatoes etc… little tables and high chairs in there for children and babies. Then there is the eclectic mix of animals. Ranging from farm animals (goats), to the more exotic (tapir and lynx) and to the very common (mice). On entry you also get a free ticket for the train that takes you around the park.
Really loved how big the enclosures were for the animals and how nice it was simply strolling around. Would 100% recommend. Even better on a weekday as I imagine it must get very busy at the weekend and during the holidays.
