Great time, we selected the right tour company!

点评：We really enjoyed our UNESCO Geopark Cruise the morning of 31 December and felt very happy with our choice of tour operator. The tour guide was genuinely eager to share his knowledge of the region and was happy to explain things again and answer our questions.
We also appreciated that Jungle Walla have a policy of not interfering with the fauna that we come across which means no feeding of the birds and crab eating macaques.
On our cruise on the small boat with a small group we went slowly down some quite narrow sections of river and we were lucky to see eagles, kites, macaques, a snake and a couple of lizards. We returned back via the open sea which was a fun and fast change of pace with great photo opportunities.
The tour leaves from a jetty with many operators. There are a couple of toilets there and a couple of stalls selling things.
We arranged with Junglewalla for a transfer from our resort on the other side of the island and the vehicle was brand new and comfortable with the driver pointing out various sights and birds along our way. On the way back we changed our plan at the last minute and arranged to be dropped off at a nearby local crafts complex.
Our only regret is not having more time on the island to do another of Junglewalla's tour offerings.
