Great experience shame about the safety brief guy

点评：Great event shame about the professionalism or should I say ‘un’ We were there for a special birthday for my nephew. We waited a considerable amount of time & that’s fine, lack of information compounded this. We were then guided by one member to a ‘briefing’ room to wait then enter the ‘I’m in charge’ guy. Who proceeded to tell us ‘we’ where in the wrong room . We all laughed all of that off however to then be told that he had spent half an hour going over video footage of us as at least half of our party appeared to be intoxicated (3 of us are tee total) All of us where driving none of us who where booked in had drunk anything but have a laugh & fun with our family. Our uncle a spectator ordered 1 pint from the bar. I think it’s a huge show of inexperience & an unprofessional attitude towards the clientele to suggest such a thing. I will say once we went onto the track we had a great time & the young lad who checked our safety etc was very nice. The four stars are for the actual go carting as it would be unfair to put a 1 star because of one staff member but please guys, a little more training for your boss man big guy!
