点评：We just returned home from a 3 night stay at the Belhurst Castle and Winery. The Belhurst is always a must stop on our Seneca Lake wine trips, and this was the first time staying there to celebrate my boyfriend’s 50th birthday! We did a wine tasting with Fares. My boyfriend and I agreed that this was the BEST wine tasting to date. For starters, you get a complimentary tasting if you’re staying at the hotel. We chose to do the wine and cheese tasting, so there was a small charge of $5. Fares is young, but wise beyond his years. He is very knowledgeable in his job and a pleasure to talk to. The wine and cheese pairings were perfection and the views, incredible. We highly recommend making the Belhurst a priority on your next wine trip, whether you’re staying, or just stopping in for a tasting or a bite to eat.
