Title: Summer pass completely unusable – no air conditioning, dangerously hot
I purchased a summer pass for my child in good faith, expecting a fun, cool place to visit throughout the holidays – but it is absolutely unusable.
There is no air conditioning anywhere inside and it is absolutely red hot, sweltering and unbearable. It’s far too hot for children to be in there comfortably – it’s not safe or enjoyable at all. We’ve paid for a pass that we literally cannot use because of the extreme heat; it defeats the whole purpose of a summer pass.
I am extremely disappointed. This facility should be a cool escape in the summer, yet it’s the opposite – and there was absolutely no warning about this before we bought the pass. It feels like wasted money on something that’s effectively useless.
I’d like a response on how you intend to put this right – whether that’s proper cooling installed, a partial refund, or extending the pass once conditions improve. It’s not acceptable to charge full price for a summer pass when the place is too hot to spend time in.
