The place is currently a joke. Half of the thermal baths are shut due to “maintenance,” and if it rains, the outdoor area closes as well, leaving barely 30% usable. Instead of reducing the ticket price to reflect this, they hand out a €20 voucher — which can only be used on a future visit if you buy another full-price day ticket. You can only redeem it until the end of June 26, and even then there are exceptions. It feels deliberately restrictive.
They also offer a voucher for a single drink or fries/crepe as “compensation” until everything reopens — which is honestly insulting considering how much people pay to get in. Inside, it’s cramped, chaotic, and clearly not designed to handle the crowds they keep letting in. It feels like the operators are squeezing every cent out of guests without giving anything back.
Overall, we left feeling cheated. The management clearly does not care about customer experience — just about money. I strongly recommend staying away until everything is fully open again, if not permanently.
