Last year we visited the Roatan location and loved the actual encounter. However, when it came time to purchase photos—since personal photos are not allowed—we were shocked by the pricing. We were told we would receive a link via email to view and purchase them. Despite following up multiple times by both email and phone, we never received a response and ultimately missed out on those photos entirely.
This year, at the Cozumel location, we went in prepared for the pricing and fully intended to purchase photos immediately. Instead, we were told we could not view or purchase the photos onsite. I provided my contact information and was assured the photos would be emailed within 36 hours max. It has now been six days, and we still have not received anything. I have emailed twice with no response.
While the dolphin encounter itself was enjoyable, the repeated issues with photo delivery and lack of communication have been extremely disappointing. The poor customer service overshadowed what should have been a memorable experience, and we are not pleased with how this was handled.
